Can you cook anything with vegemite? Like make a soup or use it to marinate something?
marmite is garbage
Because they're absolute horseshit, m8.
Yeah, you can use it in other dishes. Not as common
Vegemite is just weak, pasty marmite
You just can't handle the umami
Kek marmite actually says spread thinly on the bottle
The better question is why anyone likes it at all. It tastes like sweaty salty balls.
It's far stronger than vegemite
Those have way too much sodium
how do you know how sweaty salty balls taste?
They sold vegemite flavoured chocolate a little while back.
At the moment you can get vegemite meat pies at the supermarket.
They are just cheap anglo miso right? It says they used yeast by-product from beer to keep things cheap. I think I can stomach that but never has a chance to.
I'm sure there are worse yeast product but I just can't quite pinpoint it.
wheat-a-bix
you're not supposed to dip musk sticks in em you fuckwit
We have Marmite chocolate, crisps, rice crackers, nuts, A "special" Guinness marmite and this fucking monstrosity.
could I just mix up some miso and molasses together to get something similar?
is there any ads left in bongistan that doesn't involve racemixing?

Vegemite added to gravy isn't rare
i can handle them but vegemite takes awhile to get here
I can't even imagine how it tastes.
"Yeast byproduct from beer brewing" does sound like repackaged garbage.
Nutella is weird enough as a spread!
Anglos...
I saw an american on youtube trying british foods and he ate marmite out of the jar with a spoon
>hhhyyyeeaagcchh duuude that is gross wat da fack is wrong with briddish people hoooo doggy *sips gatorade*
Looks like something that would taste good with mämmi.
>American brings out pork scratchings
>EUGH this is literally dried meat? These Brits have wack snacks, man!
>later on, they'll go past jerky in their supermarket
I've found most of those videos to only like jaffa cakes
Just remember that people actually eat these spreads regularly. It's not a meme like surstromming.
I don't know. We probably could but we don't have a history of exposure with it and it's not trendy.
Possibly this?
>American brings out pork scratchings
>>EUGH this is literally dried meat?
Aren't those just pork rinds? We have those.
Maybe they were just being dramatic/faggoty then. They acted like the concept was foreign
This isn't a meme, though
