Yeah I'm glad I was there for the golden age. Daxflame, Balloon Shop, Neil Cicierega, MrChiCity3, and so on. The egos just weren't there. These were all people who made videos before YouTube and were just excited to have a platform. They didn't go in thinking they'd make any money.
It's pitiful watching the big YouTubers post on here now. Always getting into fights with each other like a bunch of middle school girls. So protective of their legacy because it's tied to their revenue. They just all seem scummy. Even the ones people think seem chill like h3h3 seem pretty scummy under the surface.
