Power Rangers isn't good because of the story. I guess "good" is the wrong word but it has good action at its best with a metal OST so if that is delivered it will be good by Power Ranger standards. If you want an actual good movie I dont know why you would even watch this. They havent shown enough to tell if it will be good at all, im assuming it will have more than two fight scenes with the Rangers.
