No. You have to apply yourself and you can complete your conscription that way.
Paratroopers and pilots are popular but there is a lack of demand for the marines and divers. You can't lower the requirements to increase recruits either.

There is no way we can build a strong enough military without conscription.
Now alot of Swedes do their service voluntairly and a strong majority has in polls declared that they will take up arms if we ever were attacked.
But army pay is too low for it being a sustainable career here unless you become an officer.
