Corsica with none of the charm

The ancient Nuragic sites are bretty culo and despite the prevalance of pesky cacti and huge spiders I'd love to go hiking through all of your supple hills and valleys.
Any chance you have any info on the ancients civilizations of the island?

...

Sardinia isn't a country

Germans seem to really like Sardinia for some reason.

Yes I have plenty, anything you wanna ask in particular?

Don't know too much about it, other than some ancient archeological sites. BTW why are your birth rates so low?

I'm actually an American studying here.
Really, anything you'd be willing to offer I'd be happy to read. Anything major in regards to history you feel that most people wouldn't know about, the easter eggs and unknown major events.
I'm just smoking, cooking, and doing laundry so I'm up for an interesting read written by someone genuinely intimate with the subject matter.

If you are interested in visiting archaeological sites you should visit the Nuragic sanctuary of Santa Cristina, pic related, and the Nuraghe of Santu Antine which is one of the most well preserved on the island, they're both easily reachable by car.

An interesting fact: Buenos Aires was named after a church in Cagliari
