Even that is bs. Batman is a skilled fighter but his punches would do almost nothing to Cap. A single blow to Batman could potentially be life threatening and with Caps speed and reflexes it would take too long for Cap to land a couple shots.

In the comics, no. Cap is supposed to be "peak human" which is the best a human can possibly be without enhancements (plus superhuman stamina but that's secondary). Cap is not significantly stronger than Batman or Daredevil, although all of them do stuff that's impossible in the real world all the time.

In the movies, Cap is blatantly superhuman. More so than the comics, even.
