Ghost in the Shell

>hasn't even been released yet
>already has the cooles and most iconic looking car of the last decade

I'm trying to not get hyped but it's getting hard

The aesthetic of it just bleeds cyberpunk japan

A Lotus Esprit is the most iconic car you can think of from the 00's?

Last pic that i have, wish there was some of the interior

why don't they just make Cars with legs like they did with the Tachikoma Tank?

Delorean slash Lotus. I love that design. I want that car!

I was talking cinema-wise

The only reason it looks iconic is because it's a fucking delorean

Cars has the most iconic car of the last decade cinema-wise

Didn't Nissan pay to have one of their cars used on S.A.C.?

I like the attempted faithfulness to the original version of Batou's car, but I am still pissed that Scarjo received the role of the major.

Blade Runner 2 cars will blow this shit out of the water.

Fucking chinks still playing catch-up since we nuked those faggots.

Batou drives Lancias

>If only she changed her name from Traue to something that sounded more American...

Something about her stoic demeanor and her presence is more fitting to play the Major. Scarjo has no presence, in fact I can't describe Scarjo apart from term such as milquetoast or bland. She doesn't have any personality or presence, I understand she only has a career because she is jewish and people are plebs, but why can't she be shoved into roles more fitting for her?

Johansson is kind of an ironic screen presence... She's a bit of a quavering introvert, which works well when she plays protective characters but not when she's playing bimbos or badasses. She's reminds me of Betty Davis but without the rawness. Motoko has a nurturing side to her however, so I could see it working out.

>Betty Davis but without the rawness.

A very soft, empty Betty Davis, sure. I don't really see it user.

>I'm trying to not get hyped but I'm getting paid to
ftfy

A bit later in her career. It's not a physical resemblance, just a performance thing.

All I see is Back To The Future, a movie that is probably infinitely better than this turd will be.

It sounds like someone who's not quite present, or looking to bail on someone.

it looks like someone just repainted a lotus...

fucking shit and lazy honestly

sweet, I love viral marketing

It looks like the car from back to the future. What the fuck are these idiots thinking?

>cyberpunk

its a fucking delorean

It looks far better in the trailers but the other vehicles are even more interesting.

Scarlett Johansson was a mistake

This is just a Delorean right?

looks like a generic car from 90's anime.

Yeah I think it was Nissan. I'm amazed that animes can do that. Weak film though.

Hyundai Pony Coupe concept (1974)

front looks goofy unless theres some serious fire power in there, but the gun finish and door look neat

Came to post this. Glad you are already on the job user.

They should have made a Dirty Pair movie instead of this.

...

It looks like a delorean with downs. A mongoloid delorian if you will.

Fucking hell Hyundai, if you had manufactured this your reputation would be vastly different.
>1974
Way ahead of it's time
>By Italdesign/Giugiaro

>i know nothing about cars so any car with sharp edges must be a Delorean because that's the only one that i know

That's the image it evokes and I'm sure anyone who has seen BttF will agree. You're the fucking moron for not being able to admit the similarity.

GTFO shill. The movie looks like ass.

>instead of a Seburo we get a fucking see through Glock
Dropped.

Looks like shit, just let Batou drive his Lancia Stratos and call it a day.

...

>my dick can only get so hard user
this is so nice. I wish we get more concept shit on movies, just because.

Yup.

They had one job and they fucking blew it.

This is the reason I'll never see this ScarJo disaster.

I don't see what's so special about it

>just bought a piece of shit nissan

I regret everything

Gotta deal with this piece of shit for another 4-5 years until I save up enough to buy a Sub or Hyun even tho the latter has been hit miss the last few years

Check out The Wraith (1986). I think you'll be pleased.

do you even /o/ ?

Yeah, Batou drives a Stratos in the series, which doesn't make any sense because he's huge and those things are fucking tiny.
