Kinda, how many more of your tax dollars do you want wasted because of dealing with overdoses of people who didn't know they had full-retard opiates mixed in with cocaine? To say nothing of the subsequent police crackdown. If this is actually a thing dealers are doing expect to see a lot more of this.

This has bothered me since news broke about it.
No coke dealer is ever gonna mix opiates in to "increase potency" chances are they probably owed money or pissed off the wrong person and one of them got sold a bad bag and the other one was just a victim of circumstance
