Why are some Welsh incredibly pale while some welshman are incredibly dark

The separate tribes part is part of the answer.
Its also due to a common ancestors which came from either the Basque region in Spain which gives gives a darker skin tone or central Europe which gives a lighter one. These migrated here over 7000 years ago.
