You do realize the difference between gender and gender identity, right? They're not the same thing. Gender is what you're born with and gender identity is a preference on what gender you want to be identified as. There is actually no evidence that transfreaks actually have "the brain of a woman." At least, not prior to hormone treatments anyway. I believe it was from some John Hopkins study. Google it if you can.
