An article published on the China Military Online website on 1 July suggests that the annual Sino-Russian naval exercise 'Joint Sea' may be conducted in the South China Sea (SCS) this September.
Colonel Wu Qian, a Chinese Ministry of National Defense spokesman, confirmed on 30 June that consultation and co-ordination for the exercise was under way between China and Russia, but gave no further details.
The 'Joint Sea' exercise was first conducted four years ago and has subsequently been undertaken annually, hosted alternately by China and Russia. When China first served as the host for 'Joint Sea 2012', the exercise was directed by the North Sea Fleet headquarters of the People's Liberation Army Navy (PLAN) and took place in the Yellow Sea.

I don't think the next World War will be anything like the last two, it seems to me that citizens are not willing to fight for their countries anymore.
Let's say that WWII took place today, it wouldn't just be Allies vs Axis it would be Allies vs Axis at the same time that citizens on both sides fight amongst themselves in a civil war because there will be those who support the war fighting against the anti-war flag burning style groups.
If the United States for example got involved in a major war these days (and likely reinstated the draft) it would become a race conflict almost immediately since fucking millennials and SJWS and Black Lives Matter etc... see themselves as anti-government revolutionaries.
