Names his daughter Harley Quinn

>names his daughter Harley Quinn
>makes shitty movies
>nepotism
>knows ben affleck and thinks he is somehow important
why do people like him live?

Dogma is his best film

>Nepotism

No.

because casting his talentless daughter in movies and raging on twitter about her criticism is not nepotism

oh i thought you were talking about him

His q&a/spoken-word shows, or whatever you want to call them, are really entertaining. Shame he's a pretty terrible filmmaker, and has seemingly gotten worse over time.

You forgot one

>wears a giant jersey all the time because he is ashamed of his disgusting body instead of just losing weight

I hate fat fucks but this one can talk.

To his credit though he lost an insane amount of weight.

As good a thread as ever to ask: is Tusk worth watching, even for a bad-movie night?

whos more overrated

kevin smith? or david cameron?

It's perfect for a bad-movie night.

>those fucking pants

How do you guys think Kevin Smith would do intercating with the likes of Christina Aguilera?

is that a jean skirt?

And now he's gonna ruin Sam and Twitch.

First off naming your daughter Harley is pretty gangster.

Secondly his movies are not all shitty...it's like 60/40.

Thirdly his OBVIOUS nepotism is no bettor or worse than that of Spielberg, Cameron or any other working director.

He also said he hasn't spoken to Ben Affleck in years.

He got worse when he started smoking.

It might help with some forms of art, but there's no way it does when you're trying to direct dozens of people.

not-see party, get it? not-see, nazi

>pretty gangster
seriously, no offense but... how old are you?

Tusk actually has pretty good writing. Michael Parks plays one hell of a psychopath.

That being said I've actually lost a few normie friends over this movie because they thought it was so disgusting

>good writing
>good actor Depp
it shows how shitty director Kevin Smith is

>naming your kid after a comic book character
>gangster
Stopped reading there

>Starts a project based on a huge ip before clearing it with the studio who owns the rights
>When that fails he makes a sequel to one of his movies
>Decides to make it a Netflix series instead
>No network will pick it up
>Is ready to make the final third film to his most beloved film series.
>One of the lead actors acts like a bitch and asks for more money.
>Film is cancelled.

At least the Jay and Silent Bob film that makes fun of reboots will be good. Did the Walrus film cursed his career?

They don't like him.

He's got a very small niche following.

I always thought one of the perks of being rich is that you can name your kids something unusual and if it fucks them up they'll still have something to fall back on.

WAY WAY BACK IN THE 1980s

...

I love all his viewaksew movies and the man is pretty inspiring.

Didn't hear about a Clerks 3? Who was wantin' more money?

Everytime he talks about heade clerks, there is nothing i wanna do more than to grab a camera and few friends and make a movie. He is incredibly inspiring to me.

>He also said he hasn't spoken to Ben Affleck in years.
He spoke with Affleck last year for Mallbrats

Randal. It wasn't about money either, Jeff retired and lives in the mountains now.

He's important enough for you to make a thread about, obviously ;P

yea this is the paradox (esp: paradoja)

100% agree, he's the reason I started writing. If he can do it...

Same here

Kevin, go somewhere else
