I actually think having one season only, although unintentional, was perfect for the show. It gives you a nice, quick glimpse into the lives of some kids and leaves on the notion that Lindsay is going off to sow her oats, on to womanhood. It's open ended, kind of like Dazed and Confused. We don't need to see what they do over the summer, or their next school year. They're moving on and growing up. The future is a mystery.
