Fuck off comic books are for children
DKEKS ON SUICIDE WATCH
I believed the Logan score but think this is probably because of gimmicks, meme actors, dadcore soundtrack, and quips
Name one actor who isn't a meme
When I became an adult I put away childish things, namely the fear of being considered a child for liking childish things. From C.S. Lewis to Tolkien to Verne himself, and on to people like Einstein, Tesla and others, some of the most extraordinary people, writers, creators, scientists - the people who have actually built our society up, and given it joy, indulged themselves in things supposedly only meant for children.
Because a child should want to grow, but an adult should never lose what it means to be a child. Otherwise they're just dead, walking angry husks of people that lash out at everyone else who goes around enjoying their lives.
So basically stuff moviegoers generally enjoy.
Eric Roberts.
>most upvoted flick in history
oh my god they did it
GOTG was Redditkino desu. can't wait.
Cringey.
manchildren with lots of money
Yeah. Moviegoer enjoyment isn't relevant to how good a movie is. Logan was great but moviegoers probably liked shit like Amazing Spiderman 2 more
>indulged themselves in things supposedly only meant for children
There's a huge difference between the literature that Lewis, Tolkien and Verne considered childish and modern capeshit garbage that essentially has no redeeming qualities.
I enjoyed gotg 1 a lot
Nice projection.
>Moviegoer enjoyment isn't relevant to how good a movie is.
>what is a critic score and box office profit
Anyone else feeling like mainstream ratings are meaning less and less?
With imdb forums closed down and reddit the censor hole increasingly taking over as the main area for electronic word of mouth I think Hollywood is more confident in pushing forward aggressively on a new video game journalism style "rating" regime.
You're making the mistake of thinking I'm talking about their literature, rather than things they as people enjoyed, talked about - what they encouraged in others. For example:
What this person thought sounded so cringey, is something C.S. Lewis himself thought about childish things. He encouraged adults to find that light hearted, child-like place inside themselves, and preserve it. Indulge. He rightly considered that letting your arteries harden is a bad thing. There's no harm indulging in something silly or childish.
There's harm in extreme, however, any sort. Too much of anything is bad for you. Too many childish things, certainly, but also shunning them in their entirety: moderation is key.
>profit isn't related to moviegoer enjoyment

The jokes in the last trailer were shit.
Then why do you cunts spam BvS kino bullshit?
Honestly, I think its time to call this the best year since 1994 at this rate.
>LEGO Batman 90+%
>First ever 100% RT until Armond White
>90+% John Wick 2 in the upper echelon of all time action movies
>Logan "New Dark Knight"
>Now this
At this insane win rate I am now willing to believe in Wonder Woman, this year is incredible!
is Avatar the best movie ever made now?
will Episode VIII be good?
asshole
Why do this?

Sad!

Re-evaluate your life. You can't seriously think that a movie that is more enjoyable to watch by more people doesn't make more money, you're just being an argumentative fag.

Seen his same post used to defend Marvel movies and shit on Snyder movies.
If the comics division actually made fun stories instead of political propaganda, they too could be popular.
