how the fuck am i supposed to know what you watched when you were a kid?

I remember I didn't have the beginning part of it taped, so I could only watch like the last 2/3 of the movie, but still, I loved it. Same with TMNT 2.

Welcome to Sup Forums levels of grammatical correctness.

Independence day, my man. I had it on vhs and i watched everyday in the mornings for the whole summer. literally the best summer of my life.

>TMNT 2

Would watch this all the time as a kid because it was a cartoon.

op let me know more movies you watched as a kid

Also, The Pagemaster

Same

I remember watching this like 5 times in a row as a kid.

for the first tiiiime

>Black man not only sticks around to take care of his kid but completely controls his life

Funniest and most unbelievable part of the film

...

>beethoven
>homeward bound
>monkey trouble
my parents should have realized I wanted a goddamn pet

...

What the fuck?

So many times

I was a little late. did like the original show, had a VHS of it in a clamshell case of the first 3 episodes
also liked Angela Anaconda, and had the Digimon movie on VHS

of course best song was barenaked ladies

The "skinny wieners" bit is still one of my favorite lines.

Still one of my favourite disney movies. I love the songs

Did they troll us with that opening?

Watch it

haha no child would watch this!

true kino

why did those cops arrest Chandler Bing?

The second movie got played in our house constantly.

Otherwise just animated Disney's, Goosebumps, vidya stuff (sanic and pokemon mostly) and random crap like Dunston Checks In.

I watched The Mask quite a bit. Most watched movie as a kid was probably Terminator 2 though. I even had the "making of" movie. Luckily I had a cool uncle who would let me borrow his VHSs and my mom didn't really care what I watched. T2, Aliens, and Predator were favorites.

>watch it user

this was the shit. recently rewatched it. loved the maid

...

I meant watch the movie
You fucking watch it buster

>has been?
>never was?

And this.

>get pet pig because of this movie
>also wrestling coach has pigs for some reason
>pig acts like dogs because she played with my two german shepherds growing up
>became 140lb guard beast
>killed neighbor's Akita when it dug into our yard to attack said pig
>had to put her down when she was 14 years old

I miss that damn pig so much

>you can fly
>you can fight
>and you can CAWWWW CAWW CAWWWWW
The music still holds up to this day, I rewatch it from time to time still.

i watch this movie and read the book with 12 years old

I used to watch that all the time when I was a kid. I had a copy on VHS that my older brother taped off the TV, and for some reason, they edited out the part where Tim Curry steps in the dog shit, so it used to make no sense to me why everyone was smelling their shoes.

>kids today will never know what it was like growing up only having a TV version of a movie and not realizing until like 10 years later something was totally different/left out.

REALLY KINO

>Movie time for class
>Oh boy I hope its Star Wars
>Teacher fumbles around for twenty minutes trying to get the VCR to work
>Finally get it to work
>its Cool Runnings
>All the other kids cheer about getting to watch a movie about a bunch of nigs nigging

...

...

Jafar Is Gay: The Motion Picture

>hating Cool Runnings

That slice of pizza is oddly out of place.

Transformers: The movie (1986). Watched it every weekend for almost a year during 1990-91.

A fucking million times

>trying this hard to fit in

EYE TO EYEEEEEEEEEEEE

...

If this movie came out today could you imagine the level of autistic screeching from /poltv/?

What a shitty childhood.

...

every summer on tbs i'd stay up late watching gilligan's island and brady bunch reruns, and when normal broadcasting would kick in this is the movie they would often start the day with

i fucking loved this shit movie

My family and I loved watching the Trinity movies over and over again.

God tier movies.

Always wondered why they are basically unknown in the anglosphere. Maybe bad dubs.

>Always aw the trailer on a vhs of jumanji as a kid
>Always wanted to see
>Didn't know the name of the movie at the time.

>Focus and do a lot of homework as a kid
>Mother rewards me a dvd of Jumanji
So yea I favored watching jumanji as a kid.

...

shit I remember I thought this was called Fat Camp

...

...

Most comfy movie of the 90s

...

>one of the only movies my grandma had on VHS, watched this all the time at her house
>love the comfy as FUCK atmosphere of NYC presented in the movie, especially as a little southern boy
>assume this is what NYC is actually like
>grow up and learn the reality

What a let down.

Never seen

1 and 2 were both awesome actually
I remember going to the Pop Shoppe and renting not only the movie but the whole vcr too

NYC looks like total shit in that movie except for the hotel

see

No you didn't

...

I don't even remember why I liked it so much.

>Goonies zero results

fucking meleniels

are you german?

Half German and half Italian.

There was really no way to escape these movies for me.
Also football and fascism

Il mio falegname con trentamila lire la fa meglio

is this a childhood faps thread?

Feeling geriatric yet, genX?

Had a VHS of this recorded when it was shown on TV, I would watch it every day.

This makes me feel so fucking old god damn.

What's Gen X qualifications

Yaaaaaaaaaaaaaààaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy

Born between 1965 and 1985.

It is now.

My family and I will never stop quoting this.
I know what you're thinking
we're not black

Are you me user? Slap down Milo and Otis and Jurassic Park 2 and you are literally me

Are your parents stoners then?

...

...
