fuck man 10 year old me was laughing like the autistic child I was during that scene

god damn I want the soundtrack from these movies. I'm not talkin about the pop songs, I'm talkin the orchestral music like Dr. Evil's theme or the suspension themes.

some stuff is brilliant
some stuff is sophomoric

Why can't we get comedies like we got in the 90s?

I love the tone of these movies, its just right

Yeah, pretty much.

Austin Powers 1 is an all time classic comedy, released in the right decade at the right time in pop culture.

Austin Powers 2 isn't as good but it's still a good movie.

Goldmember lost me hardcore, was too late, weird time in pop culture with the Britney Spears shit and the references and eh, I don't know it doesn't do it for me. Only Travolta and Cruise are the most enjoyable bits because of how ridiculous that shit is.

I rewatched these recently and they feel so dated

Like it's all "people who used to be funny" in a movie together rather than "people who are funny"

The first one is awesome

>RLM mentions Austin Powers in passing
>multiple Austin Powers threads pop up

only turbo redditors hate RLM.

demi-redditors think BOTW is the best

quasi-reddits think Plinkett Reviews are worth waiting for anymore

Sup Forums likes Half in the Bag (minus the skits)

I don't remember eating any corn

youre a fat bastard

Was just thinking about these movies the other day and how fucking great they still are compared to the shit we have nowandays.

This is literally one of the best comedy scenes of the 90s.

Elizabeth Hurley in her prime dear god.

My body wasn't ready back then.

They should make a super serious one called
POWERS
just like that in all caps.

>Sup Forums likes Half in the Bag (minus the skits)
>tfw I only like HitB for the skits and skip the movie reviews because I don't like movies

They can be all compared to the House of cards but with crosses instead of politics.
