I don't know exactly how the gunfire started, but while I was watching the rally(I stayed to watch because I couldn't leave). They began to march on the sidewalks then it escalated into the streets, around the time I followed them I figured this would be the perfect time for me to head back to my car. Around the time I was walking back that's when I heard the shots and people started running everywhere and into buildings. Police were telling people to go inside, but I just kept running to my car.
