The most "Gummo" moment is when we went to a river and their family started throwing rocks at each other for fun. Like full force pelting at each other.

How could you hate Kids? Perhaps you have no idea what an accurate snapshot it was of how teens were back in the late 90s. Probably the only accurate movie I've seen from then - everything else was forced bullshit like Clueless or whatever that had no bearing on reality.
But I give you credit for appreciating Spring Breakers.

American Honey that came out last year reminded me a lot of Korine's work in its environment, pacing, casting and subject matter, even though it's less negative in tone than something like Gummo is.
