Wild Zero

New World.

good list

Try black rain

>Godspeed You! Black Emperor
Nice. Fuck that shitty band for ruining it, though.

You seem confused.

Have you seen it?

VIC NO!

Black Rain
Year of the Dragon

Oops
Yotd is triad

Yes. I don't remember any Yakuza though.

Yakuza just means an organised crime syndicate.

Takashi Miike's Dead Or Alive.

>Yakuza (ヤクザ, [jaꜜkuza]), also known as gokudō (極道), are members of transnational organized crime syndicates originating in Japan.

Kinji Fukasaku

Yakuza Papers Vol. 1, 2, 3, and 5
Cops vs. Thugs
Sympathy for the Underdog (Which Sonatine is based off)
New Battles Without Honor and Humanity 1 and 2

Don't skip 4 and add graveyard of honor.

So you'd say the Godfather is a Yakuza film?

Ah, fair enough.

New World is still fucking kino tho

4 is the one I liked the less

Graveyard of honor gets long Bone eating scene was god tier tho

Still have to watch Yakuza Graveyard from him.

In non-yakuza terms, Under the Flag of the Rising Sun is one of the best films I watched in my life.

Friend is still my favourite Korean gangster movie desu.

Zatōichi

Yakuza Time Machine

Are the outrage movies good?

I found it extremely shitty to be honest.

this. And also shinjuku triad society.

John Wick in japanese. Only good if you like large body counts and don't care for anything else.

>Graveyard of honor

My brother from another mother.

Not really. If Beat had some point in making the most generic Yakuza body count movie known to man I'm not quite sure what it was. The sequel is close to unwatchable.
