I'm watching the James Bond movies for the first time. Which ones should I skip?
OHMSS
the Craig ones
Skip none of them and none in a movie series movie trilogy television show or anything else you FUCKING PLEB
Skyfall is good
Diamonds are forever and Die another day.
The annon who said OHMSS is a fool.
The Living Daylights and For Your Eyes Only are the only ones worth skipping
Roger Moore and Craig.
Craig is not, and will never be, Bond.
You watch them all you fucking
desu James bond is the worst spy franchise
Connery and Craig were the only decent versions of him.
I still wonder to this day if James Bond is a code name or if every version is a reboot of the same person in different eras.
But die another day is the bondiest bond movie of them all!
...
Last night I bond bond bond bond bond bond your sister
>I still wonder to this day if James Bond is a code name or if every version is a reboot of the same person in different eras.
Why would you ever give a shit?
Lazenby, Moore in the 80s, Brosnan except for Goldeneye, Memeial Craig edgy grimdark Bourne Identity action flicks
It's last night I 69d your sister
6th Bond
#9 hamburger at McDonald
>The Living Daylights and For Your Eyes Only are the only ones worth skipping
Fuck you. Dalton's two + Goldeneye are the best Bond movies.
There are some that are so bad you should never watch.
The Brosnan one where he scuba dives is horrid.
Moonraker and all the Brosnan movies after goldeneye.
Must watch:
Dr. No - To see Connery bring Bond as the personification of cool.
From Russia with Love - an actual spy movie.
Goldfinger - Goldfinger, Oddjob and Pussy galore. One of the best Bonds
On her Majesty's secret Service - being the are 60's it went for more of a psychedelic feel in places. Lazenby wasn't a bad Bond but it's hard to follow Connery.
Live and Let Die - voodoo theme was fun and Jane Seymour is one of the sexiest Bond girls ever.
Man With The Holden Gun - to see Christopher Lee as a Bond Villain and the golden gun is such a cool concept.
Spy who loved me - one of the greatest stunts in history Jaws and Agent XXX
Living Daylights - Tim Dalton as Bond is the most accurate Bond in terms of how you would envision the novelized version of Bond.
Casino Royale - nice return to classic Bond, villain was engaging and plot was too silly.
Movies to avoid:
Moonraker - First half is ok, second half is too much, even for a Bond movie.
License to kill - boring story and badly edited.
All Brosnan movies after goldeneye.
*plot wasn't too silly
Only ones I outright hate is Diamonds are Forever and Quantum of Solace. The rest have something worth watching for good or bad.
Last night I double 0 seven'd your sister.
Die another day. All the Craig ones apart from Casino Royale
Die Another Day is the apex of James Bond. An outrageous villain, two Bond girls, absurd gadgetry, and the highest possible density of one liners. If you don't like Die Another Day, you don't like James Bond, and perhaps you should stick to the neo-Bourne tripe they've been peddling as of late.
this honestly.
i never understood people not liking the certain bonds because they are "cheesy and ridiculous"
that's literally the entire point of the fucking thing.
this
its culturally significant
DaD sucks hard tho.
>muh Best Korea
>hurr fencing, en garde
>cliche storyline and characters
>techno score
>inaudible yelling and screaming
Nah its objetively the most forgetable.
