Honestly if it gets dark I wouldn't mind. This is a send off to a show that was for children over a decade ago. All of the original fans are adults now so it makes sense.

I think a lot of the 16 year old who've only watched highlight reels of Samurai Jack will be expecting this to be dark with high quality action animation, and they're going to be disappointed. Most of the fight scenes in Samurai Jack are nothing to write home about, though the one at the end of this episode was pretty good. Samurai Jack was always about the art direction.

It'll definitely be darker, but it was always a silly show at heart.

Fosters home for imaginary friends. I don't hear a lot of people on Sup Forums talk about it, but it's one of my favorites. I really liked how they used their gimmick (imaginary friends) in a way that added to the plots. I rewatched the show recently and it still makes me laugh pretty consistently.
