ITT: underrated tv shows

What is this about?

Set against and in 1980 US Cold War, It's about a family of Soviet says trying to blend in, their missions, but really slight character and family moments, the minutia of spy craft, tension, dread, etc. It's excellent and the principals deserve emmys.

two soviet intelligence agents pose as a married couple to spy on the american government.

>says

*spies

The Leftovers is the most underrated TV show of all time.

Space: Above and Beyond

The Expansive can kill itself.

>The Expansive
>Can't even name the show properly
So basically showing you don't even watch the Expanse and are just hating on it to be a contrarian.

By the way, Space A&B is incredibly mediocre. It was ok for its time but it has not aged well at all.

Am I the only one who's watched Lilyhammer? It's funny as fuck, as well as one of the all time comfiest shows.

>>Can't even name the show properly
Are you retarded?

(btw Miller will come back)

One of the best shows. I loved every season. The episode with the goat fucker was great.

Underrated? It's one of the most acclaimed TV shows currently airing.

Stop fucking shilling this show. It's pretty obvious

How many Russians do you know who can speak perfect English without even the smallest hint of an accent?

If you can get over that hurdle, the show's terrific otherwise.

black sails (a lot of people can't get past the slow first season)

the leftovers (i've only watched the first season up until now but it was great)

spartacus (kino)

The Girlfriend Experience

Mediocre middle-aged guy kino

It's a pleb show

plebs try and make it look kino, but don't be fooled by the plebino

>How many Russians do you know who can speak perfect English without even the smallest hint of an accent?
that's the point.

It's a show just about people's therapy sessions. I know it doesn't sound too exciting, but trust me it's really compelling.

>that's the point.

this obviously

wtf

What never made sense to me about this show is the fact that by the time this show takes place the Soviet Union was barely holding together as it was. I just can't imagine them being so heavily invested in whatever it is these two assholes are up to.

Keri Russell getting spanked and whipped with a belt was hot as shit, though.

it's set in the first Reagan term when the Soviets were convinced the US was about to nuke them. Chernenko is still in charge as of the last episode. Gorbachev taking over & Chernobyl haven't even happened yet.

69 always look good on the tube but irl it sucks because it puts your nose right into the asshole

this show was sad as fuck

just look at poor gabe

...

I would have figured the Soviets were far more concerned with being embroiled in fucking Afghanistan, and an economy that just couldn't hold together anymore.

They couldn't have been that concerned with the US nuking them. They were perfectly content just fucking with them and funding the Afghans.

shit actress tho

>shit actress
She is crazy hot for a 40 year old woman. I don't care if she can't act.

Just marathoned this it is telekinography.
Awful taste!

watching the first season now. It's good 2nd screen show.

now she's eighteen can we expected she acting in a sex scene?

i love the americans, but sometimes i feel uncomfortable by the murders. it's like life being banalize. i've never felt like this before. maybe i'm watching violence graphic too much

she will need training, so yeah

the most uncomfortable one was the old accountant lady at the mailbot repair place
