Entertainment is subjective. At its core, film should be entertaining, though that's like saying all art should be entertaining, and you end up with paint enemas.

Nothing wrong with comfy or based as descriptors, though the second is primarily a meme. Comfy is a word that doesn't really have an equal, so it's perfectly usable, although it doesn't excuse other criticisms. It's more than atmosphere.
