Rule needs to change. Why do people in this game get rewarded for going out of bounds with a time stop and not getting hit?
>new rule >you go out of bounds for ANY reason >it's a down >and ball goes back to were the play started >you run out of bounds on purpose >guy that was closest to tackling you gets a free hit >you gotta stand there and let him run at you from ten yards >clock never stops
Jonathan Ward
there has to be an artificial but sufficiently difficult way to stop the clock to make of end of game situations more exciting
Lincoln Butler
I disagree. Being able to stop a clock cheapens it's meaning. The time limit should be pure.
Owen Myers
...
Aaron Gutierrez
what happens if someone starts rolling around on the ground pretending to be hurt though juan?
Jayden Murphy
Under what circumstances?
Lincoln Evans
>player goes down cause of "injury" >clock doesn't stop >immediately put on board and carried off field >game continues >if he is found to be faking >he is put back into game with no pads
Give him something to cry about.
Austin White
In a game that is trying to get safer this idea is absolutely ridiculous
Leo Perez
But in a game that was ok with it's violence it's pretty good right?
Ethan Ross
Ok fair enough
Sebastian Hernandez
New rule for field goals:
>no more field goal posts >you have to kick the ball through an imaginary rectangle three times in order to get the field goal >if you miss four times, then the other team gets to start with the ball on the 50 yard line >a selected referee decides whether or not the ball is successfully kicked through the rectangle >the size of the rectangle changes depending on the size of the kicker's foot >no challenges
Anthony Robinson
> no MULTIBALL challenge rejected, charged with a time out
Levi Powell
Vince pls
Brandon Jackson
This. Multi-ball would stop all that shit.
Thomas Nelson
Actually that'd be pretty funny
Austin Johnson
Instead of overtime have a penalty shootout with field goals. Obviously a different player has to take each one
Isaac Baker
why should the time clock be pure?
Camden Russell
Keep the clock running but allow stoppage time at the end of each quarter, it'll make the game flow better
Isaac Morgan
NFL actually did a decent job of stopping that by charging the team a timeout inside of 2 minutes, they get one freebie after they're out of timeouts, and then it's a 5 yard penalty and a 10 second runoff if it's the offense
Nolan Kelly
>linebackers having to kick FGs
that'd be pretty entertaining DESU
Wyatt Robinson
This Theyre doing a decent job and making sure theres no fake shit like soccer
