While no further details explained, Catalan sources seem moderately happy with the announce and some consider Spain has just opened the door to turn itself into a Union of Republics.

Sánchez agreed on applying Article 155, but the change in the Cnstitution was just a suggestion on his party's behalf. It's not agreed upon both parties as of now.
