It can sound cool when you are using words that come from old English and have germanic sound, but mostly it's meh.
It's babby's first foreign language for a reason, it sounds so simplified. I don't speak it (out loud) but from the few times in my life I did, it seems like a physically tiring language, presumably because the sounds you have to make in English require you to shape your mouth in a different way.
