>A projected top pick of the 2018 NFL draft class is considering not going pro because he doesn't want to play for the Browns
Okay I think the Euros were right. Our system is communist bullshit. This young player is so likely to have his potential wasted and career ruined by the team he'll be forced to play for, that he would simply rather not play at all. He is at no fault here either, I would refuse to play for the Browns too. How the fuck do we fix this shit?
A projected top pick of the 2018 NFL draft class is considering not going pro because he doesn't want to play for the...
Because if players got to pick what teams they played for, they would all go to New England.
Sounds like a little bitch
He should go to the XFL
>DUDE JUST GO TO THE ONE TEAM IN THE NFL THAT HAS A LONG HISTORY OF RUINING TOP DRAFT PICKS LMAO
>doesn't believe in his abilities to be able to turn the franchise around
That's just a red flag that he's a loser.
Unironically this
auction draft
it's not like free agency because everyone gets the same amount to spend every year
you put the players on display, especially if they're black, and the team owners themselves have to bid for them
They literally have one win since december 2015
That franchise has more problems than a QB is responsible for fixing
If Aaron Rodgers had been put on the Browns and not given time to develop, he likely would have been considered a bust. No player, regardless of talent, can currently make the Browns successful.
Didn't Darnold say the same thing? Either way, if they don't draft him this time they'll get him next draft.
Fuck him. The NFL should blacklist this fucker. Let him go play for Manchester City if he doesn't believe in the draft.
they would just head for the major market teams
The browns would ruin him like theyre about to with whomever else they pick.
Why doesn't he just do an Eli? And what doesn't Eli get more shit for such a cunt move?
>Rosen
say it with me everyone
WITH
You know that a player doesn't have to sign with the team that drafts him, right?
you don't pick on the autistic child
also for years it looked like the Chargers won that trade easily and then Eli won an Owl beating the most unlikable team in the league so no one had any reason to complain
Plenty of players have gone on to have successful careers after leaving the browns
Its almost like he's trying to jew the league
Rosen is a certified bust no matter who drafts him desu
Nah, your draft system is ok, it's just that the browns are just so terrible that it breaks the balance. Just nuke the franchise, nothing of value aside keks from all the spaghetti dropped by the management in all levels will be lost anyway.
The system is fine because of something called "free agency" maybe you've heard of it
Kek this comment made my Christmas. Thanks.
>sorry Lionel Messi, you may be the most talented young player in the world but we must force you to go to Getafe to develop your skills!
Get rid of the draft. Seriously, just get rid of it. There already are enough systems in place in the NFL to ensure one team doesn't remain too dominant, such as the salary cap, scheduling, etc.
But it makes sense from a competitiveness standpoint to give the best amateur players to the worst teams. I mean its not like they are forced to be there forever, thats what free agency is for. This is the best way for all 32 teams to have a fair shot
The browns are different. They have broken the NFL system by being consistently garbage. How many Browns QBs have had successful careers? Look at Kizer being pushed out when he's nowhere near ready and now people are labelling him a bust.
This has happened before. Eli Manning didn't want to play in San Diego. It'll work itself out.
Somewhat
>all good white players go to NE, GB or Minnesota
>all black players and leftover white QBs, kickers, punters, and occasional TEs and OL play for every other team
>all-white teams dominate every season (see: patriots and vikings irl)
>whites win again
>spend whole life building and refining skills to become no. 1 pick
>get picked by the Browns
I can't fucking blame him, he'd have better luck finishing his degree and dropping football for a job
eli manning disagrees with you
