Sup Forums, redpill me on Theresa May, other than being a woman and like by the pig fucker David Cameron, will she be good for Britain?

bump

Didn't she say earlier today that Sharia law would be good for Britain? Sounds great.

She's fucking awful.
She was in favour of remain.
She's in favour of multiculturalism.
She's in favour of censoring the FUCK out of online speech.
This is literally worse than if Cameron had stayed.

100% radical feminazi, among other things. Arguably worse than hillary.

WHY THE FUCK DID LEADSOM GIVE UP?

The worst possible option.

She's honestly not as bad as people on this board are making out. She wants the UK to become the largest military power in Europe, and is in favour of expanding our submarine fleets etc. Honestly, I think she can see that the would is becoming more and more unstable, the current period mirroring the interwar period, as nations fall, and extremist groups become more popular after economic crises. Yes, she might be a bit Orwellian at times, but honestly, I think she might have the foresight that Neville Chamberlain and other Allied leaders in the 30s lacked.

>she might be a bit Orwellian at times
>at times
At times is still way way way too much. Being Orwellian "at times" is how you got where you are today.

How is a muslim sympathizer leader of the Conservative Party?

Wtf kinda conservative Party is this?

It doesn't get worse than this ganga; if she was running for government anywhere else she'd be in the green party
>remain supporter
2nd referendum when?

>having no competent leadership in the conservative party to take charge of Brexit
>hand the reins to some crazy women
JUST

She has been accused of Islamophobia in the past, though. Honestly you can't judge her right now, there are too many opinions being thrown around, which obscure the real facts.

>Labour backbencher Chuka Umunna condemned Theresa May for signing a letter that said London would be less safe with Khan (Muslim Mayor of London) as mayor
labourlist.org/2016/05/tories-face-demands-for-apology-over-islamophobia-in-london-campaign/

>Britain's Home Secretary Theresa May has been named Islamophobe of the year by an Islamic rights group.
oneworld.org/2015/03/04/islamic-group-names-theresa-may-as-islamophobe-of-the-year/

She also fought to deport Muslim Cleric and suspected Terrorist Abu Qatada, much to the disdain of Eurocrats.

>Chuka Umunna

this can't be real

I'm afraid it is. The Labour Party love promoting people with ridiculous names to high positions just to win the support of the apes and SJWs.

It was the same in America before Trump the only difference being that American presidents were quiet about it.

Neocons and neoliberals are all just fucking trash

She's OK. Calm, level-headed, completely fearless in a quiet way.

Principled rather than ideological.

So she has tended to turn up on both sides of issues but her record suggests this is isn't flip-flopping because she's tended to take the absolute most difficult positions each time rather than the easiest.

I'm convinced she is just doing what she thinks is right on each occasion.

e.g.,
Orwellian on surveillance but told the US government to fuck off over McKinnon's extradition.
Pissed off the whole EU trying extradite Qatada, widely accused of Islamophobia but fixed Stop & Search.
Moral duty towards refugees, no duty at all to economic migrants.
Remain but strongly against EHRC which most Brexiters thought was the only thing worth keeping etc.

The reason Sup Forums is confused is that she constructs arguments using the 'shit sandwich' technique which is baffling to millennial attention spans but used to be how all politicians talked. A lot of the things she is accused of are the preamble (bread) leading to a contrary statement (the shit).

Leadsom wasn't a serious candidate.

She didn't have a team or a campaign, she is a junior energy minister with no experience of anything worth mentioning, she'd have destroyed the country.

...

GUYS WE GOT SOMETHING GOING
>

Those aren't even accurate quotes (where they are quotes at all) let alone in context. Did you get this from Momentum or something?

From top left.
1. She actually says we should leave EHRC in the quoted article. There is a video of her saying it.
2. She didn't say "Sharia Law", she said Sharia teachings and moral codes. Next sentence begins "However". Announcing crackdown on Sharia courts.
3. She is accusing radical Islam of being extremists. No idea what the problem is supposed to be.
4. "Islam is entirely compatible with British values and our national way of life, while Islamist extremism is not – and we must be uncompromising in our response to it."

Do I have to go on?

All lies.

This wicked old witch supports age checks for websites like Sup Forums and porn, she is as Orwellian as they come.

She doesn't support age checks, if you've been following this before yesterday you'll know this comes from Cameron via Claire Perry and was announced by Baroness Shields.

May was actually very unhappy about the whole thing because she thought it was encroaching on her responsibilities which is why she has been nowhere near it.

WTF i love May now

OK, but what do you have against her that she has actually done or said? More interesting than that rubbish.

You make it sound so logical and simple.

Still, I'm pining for Boris. Theresa May heading up the Tories was not supposed to happen. BoJo was supposed to be in the driver's seat!

WTF happened?

I don't think Boris was really for Brexit after all, seems like he did it for publicity.

>Six years that this is the best candidate the Conservatives could produce

>Oh, yeah, an African swallow...maybe, but not a European swallow, that's my point.

But whereas Theresa May actually voted *FOR* Remain, BoJo actually voted to LEAVE.

Go home May, you're Drunk.

>she said Sharia teachings and moral codes.
This is still a bizarre statement to make and it also shows the double standard between Christianity and Islam, by which people would be unwilling to sympathize former and do so for the latter. In our liberal society, what does Sharia offer would could garner sympathy from a popular politician? Is it chastity? Heterosexuality? Religious devotion? I don't see why she would have made these statements unless she was trying to pander to a particular crowd.

>May and Corbyn actually wanted to leave
>Johnson actually wanted to stay

Fuck you.

>I now support ... lowered age of consent [from 16]
