This could actually be an amazing picture. They're are just a few problems. One, it's obviously posed. I've seen it from three different angles. There's nothing authentic about her action. Truly inspirational photos of people just doing things, and someone just happened to have a camera.
Second, the cops are clearly slowing down. There's nothing inspirational about maintaining a passive face when you know you're getting handled with kids gloves.
To make this a great picture, you need no people with cameras in the background, and one of the cops needs to be winding up to sack her.
