I think my favorite accent spoken in English is Singaporean English. I love the way they use Chinese sound particles like 嘛ma and 啦la in their English. E.g. "Oh my God I'm so hungry la"

I had 2 friends who speaking a little bit polish. One was from Moldova and second from Lotva. Both of them were russian speakers. Its great how they pronounce polish words also blyat at every end of the sentence makes me laugh.

Kind of. My vocabulary is western as fuck but often the Singaporean monotony creeps into my intonation.
Doesn't sound much different than the baseline accent for Spanish speakers tho I'm sure someone perceptive could pick up small nuances. This isn't the same as a Chicano accent, or a Boricua or a Miami Cuban, and most educated American "Hispanics" in the US tend to speak without a foreign or "ethnic" accent.

Find a tv show that you like where the characters speak the style of English you're looking for. Listen to a couple minutes and then try to mimic what they said and how they said it. Be very strict with yourself when doing so
