lol you accidentally posted this in the old thread. good job.

2nd for Scrapheap Challenge

I'll ask my stupid question again.

Why doesn't Corbyn and his followers join the Green Party? It seems they have more in common than Labour.

I'M ALREADY IN CLEVELAND! WOOOOO!!!!

I'm half asleep tbqhwyfam

Because 2 party system

But doing this destruction would make it a one party system

Illegal Karen

First for this qt

I read that as cleavage for a second there.

EYYYY MAMACITA!

BRING THAT WHITE CHOCHA OVER EER!

Thanks MISS Marion (she's no longer married).

I want to buy Nige a pint while he's visiting our nation

nth for Prime Minister Owen Smith

You know that EU officials said that there will be no trade without free movement?

>No trade
That is definitely not what they said. They said that we won't be a member of the single market. Europe isn't just going to stop trading with us.

It would be the greatest honour a man could ever achieve

I never said that his decision makes sense.

Does Trump even know who Farage is? Will they take a picture together?

Thanks Mrs Marion

They will fuse into a single unstumpable, unbarrageable entity

How money is gone make in usa I wounder

...

I think so, he's been pretty outspoken about supporting Brexit anyway

It's started.
theguardian.com/educatio...-funding-fears

News coming in from across the country that EU research grants are drying up, Russell Group researchers are being overlooked for new projects and in some cases dropped immediately.

This is the beginning of very bad news for British universities - a large drop in research income.

It will be followed from next year by a similar drop in EU student numbers as those dry up due to uncertainty about future course funding and compatibility.

I mostly feel sad really, because the UK is now going to start a slide from premier position amongst EU universities to end up goodness knows where, perhaps something like Australia or Canada? Well down the pecking order. This is bad news for all of us, students, staff, researchers and for British success and scientific and cultural progress both here and around the world.

Considering that it's all happened because of exaggerated fears being stoked up about immigration by Tory interests representing some offshored tax-evading oligarchs, it's pretty depressing stuff.

Thanks Mrs Marion, the EU wont be missed. But what is this GOP are Nige will attend?

Every university in the worlds top 50 is British and American and that has nothing to do with the EU you twit.

What'll happen is the useless shit schools wasting public money will fail under market forces. The likes of Oxbridge and the Russel Group aren't going anywhere. At the worst they'll be forced to cut useless shit like gender studies which will only benefit society.

This is exactly what needs to happen. Higher education is a joke.

Germanys Idea on economics
>hmm lets let in more migrants
>hmm we have so many now that we are outnumbered and they outbreed us too
>hmm better keep letting more in until us Germans are all extinct
>Hmm all of Germany is now Muslim that fixed our economy

German logic kek

Good, fuck the universities - they've become liberal brainwashing centres where degrees are worth zilch.

I'm exaggerating obviously, but it won't do unis any harm to tighten up their budgets.

I messed up the link to the article in my post.

Read it here: theguardian.com/education/2016/jul/12/uk-scientists-dropped-from-eu-projects-because-of-post-brexit-funding-fears

Our academic institutions are going to suffer massively. It's already started.

ESPECIALLY the higher ups. There's serious waste there.

Holy molly! Bin that loli!

I just watched an anime. Am I going to prison lads?

No they won't. The useless academic institutions propped up by public money will suffer massively and die, like they should. The programs like gender studies will be unsustainable and die. None of this is a bad thing. Research in actual useful areas will still receive investment like it has for a thousand years. The only people who need to be worried are the academics stealing a living on public money to research and teach utterly useless bullshit.

America might not survive crossing the memes.

Depends which one, lad.

Yes

Really hoping for a pic of Trump, Nige, and Geert together

If it's not sexual then you get a pass

I'm barely containing my shit as it is

If they do, I will blow that picture up as a poster.

Say what you like about Corbyn, he isn't on the gutter-left spectrum of the Green Party; who only ill educated college camp socialists with undeveloped brains and personalities vote for.

Will Farage visit anywhere else in the US? I'd like to shake his hand

Please read the article. If you can't be bothered, here are a few excerpts.

"Elite universities in the country coming under pressure to abandon collaborations with European partners"

"British academics being asked to leave EU-funded projects or to step down from leadership roles because they are considered a financial liability"

"Incidents reported by the universities suggest that researchers across the natural sciences, the engineering disciplines and social sciences are all affected"

"UK industry and universities would see “a fairly drastic and immediate reduction in the number of invitations to join consortiums”."
We're not talking about gender studies and women's history courses being cut. We're talking about the impediment that our academic institutions will now be facing when it comes to doing research with other European universities.

youtube.com/watch?v=kUtO5Ygu7y4

Where do you think this funding comes from? Our contributions to the EU budget. We've been net contributors for every year since we joined, by a huge margin. So every penny they get in grants comes from the British taxpayer, but the money is allocated by people we did not put into power. So it's spent on whatever the fuck the EU decides to fund, which is more often than not, fairly useless bullshit.

We can simply go back to internal public research funds like we did before we ever joined. If the EU wants to discriminate against British universities on collaborative projects, that's their loss. You can't stop them from being petty.

>mfw May's """""end""""" of free movement is just an emergency brake applicable when immigration numbers reach 300,000 in a given year

We've been in the EU for decades. We're heavily enmeshed in it, and with a vote to leave, of course a lot of things are upset. Most people had some inclination that there'd be a period of deep turbulence and uncertainty, and it speaks volumes on people's dissatisfaction with the EU that they were willing to take a gamble that something better might emerge outside the EU than stay inside it.

The deed is done and consequences will never be the same. Believe in Britain and believe something better might emerge as the majority of voters did.

...

>At least two social science collaborations with Dutch universities have been told UK partners are unwelcome, one Russell Group university said in the survey.
Is the only concrete example they had, and "coming under pressure" is hardly damning.

Looks like Nige only likes to push but not take part once he gets his own way.
NIGE WE STILL NEED YOU FOR FUCK'S SAKE.

Truly a national tragedy. We won't be spending tax payer money for British social """"scientists"""" to swan around Holland writing a paper about the virtues of cuckoldry in CURRENT YEAR.

Because he's a socialist with SJW tendencies not an SJW with socialist tendencies

The unfortunate fact is that we don't deserve him. He's given 20 years of his life to this country only to be treated with disdain and called racist constantly.

reposting

What ever happened about that telegraph article saying that May was a bad home secretary that got taken down the same day? It happened about 2 weeks ago but I can barely find a trace of it when I google search the incident. Was it a hoax and did I just get memed? Or is literally nobody saying a word about this commie tier censorship?

reddit.com/r/Scotland/comments/4sh9ig/ruth_davidson_on_shovelfaced_lesbians_a_massive/d59908d

Christ.

The Uni's make more money offering places to the Chinks who fuck off after their education.

(((someone))) probably took it down

Do you have a genuine interest in British politics or do you just want an excuse to post Karen?

>tfw Our Nige, with a twinkle in his eye and a dream

>Reddit
That aside her jokes were pretty funny.

>"That’s kind of the difference between our two parties. You know, Labour’s still fumbling with its flies while the Tories are enjoying a post-coital cigarette after withdrawing our massive Johnson."

Been here since brexit and a lurker before that. I know a bit more now about the background of brit politics.

So many people are just so fucking stupid and brainwashed by the leftist media it's crazy. If you ask any of the remain voters what they think the EU is they have no clue what it actually is or does. They base all their decisions on emotional reactions and don't bother to actually look at the facts before throwing a tantrum and screaming buzzwords racist this and racist that blah blah blah.

look on order order

I assumed you were an expat.

Yorkshire or PG tips lads?

Tesco own brand

Not really. British politics took my interest right after brexit. Got tired of domestic and american politics all the time. I do read a lot about it though

Golden Monkey tea

Yorkshire of course

Yorkshire extra strong.
PG tips is weak shit.

mom bought me a Delongi coffee maker for me bday. they're quite nice actually.

please don't hate me.

seconded

I usually have Yorkshire Tea.

Yorkshire Tea is the proper working-class man's tea. Fuck that middle-class PG tips shit.

It's okay, coffee is nicer then tea imho.

...

Lads stop talking about tea for a moment

web.archive.org/web/20160701095930/http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/2016/07/01/theresa-may-is-a-great-self-promoter-but-a-terrible-home-secreta/

The fact that you can only find this on archive and NOBODY at all is talking about it is fucking scaring me.

...

I'm fucking stuck with LIPTON here

...

Are Labour LITERALLY retarded?

Why would they have more than one person run against Corbyn if their entire aim is to get rid of Corbyn?

All they're fucking doing is splitting the vote making it more likely that Corbyn will win.

Am I taking crazy pills here?

twinings breakfast blend is where it's at I'm afraid

More so, what is the reason it was deleted

Is Twinings even British?

I don't understand why Carswell didn't join the Lib Dems. He's literally an anti-EU orange booker.

You're absolutely right, but it's just self interest fucking them over. They'll all jump at the chance to seize power and fuck over any hope of getting rid of Corbyn.

>mom

Eagle was the sacrificial lamb, no-one actually wanted her to become leader, they just wanted to see if it would be possible to force Corbyn out without him being on the ballot, which it wasn't. I would be pretty surprised if she didn't drop out at some point.

Fucktard

>It was written by regular freelance contributor Jonathan Foreman, who says the article was pulled after May’s campaign team leaned on editors at the national daily.

>He told Press Gazette: “The Telegraph told me they were delighted with my piece but had made an error in posting it up without my byline on it, making it look like a leader column.

>“I said that’s fine, just put my byline on it and republish it. But then I was told it was a technical glitch. Then later they said they had been lent on.”

pressgazette.co.uk/telegraph-online-pulls-article-that-claims-theresa-may-is-terrible-home-secretary/

I don't know how credible this is but this is pretty much the only thing I got on it. I feel like Big Brother is erasing this shit from history.

Get
Out

>Are Nige, Are Geert and Are Don speaking at the same event

what a time to be alive

theguardian.com/commentisfree/2016/jul/12/mother-top-job-andrea-leadsom-theresa-may
This article actually reflects what is wrong with women nowadays.

This lad was from the next town along from me:

>Surfer who died after falling into a ravine on a trip to Morocco 'was ignored by passers-by heading to a nearby mosque because they didn't want to pay his medical bill'

dailymail.co.uk/news/article-3687869/Surfer-died-falling-ravine-trip-Morocco-ignored-passers-heading-nearby-mosque-didn-t-want-pay-medical-bill.html

Some day we will watch the Middle East and North Africa burn under nuclear hellfire.

>A poll run alongside the piece asked readers “Do you want Theresa May to be Prime Minister?” with 13 per cent saying “yes” and 87 per cent saying “no”.

Kek. But the reason why telegraph removed it was ODD though.

Hey man, I wouldn't be surprised if it was owned by a Dutch company or an Indian one nowadays. But seems it's not.

whaaaaaaaaaaat

The labour ballot is AV, so it doesn't matter
