Otherwise go watch the notebook. The Goose is dreamy af.
While not strictly a "romance" (protagonist is a "confirmed bachelor) breakfast at tiffanys will scratch your itch. Bonus points for also having the queen of all waifus and the prototype MPDG Holly Golightly. Its seriously a great movie, and if the scene in the rain doesn't choke you up a bit then youre dead inside.
