*BUURRRRP* "God's not real Morty"

*BUURRRRP* "God's not real Morty"
>the redditor begins to chuckle
"L-life is pointless Morty, your *URP* parents are fucking idiots"
>the redditor laughs out loud, spewing Cheetoh crumbs all over his desk
"W-wake up fucking sheeple, everybody is an idiot but me"
>the redditor can hardly contain his full bellied laughter as chortles begin to fill the room
"WUBALABADUBDUB POOPY DOOP FUCK SHIT"
>The redditor starts convulsing on the floor, gasping for air between spasms of laughter
"mmmm get schwifty"
>the redditor's heart explodes and he dies

God isn't real though

Finally, someone on Sup Forums taking a stand against reddit

My kind of thread.

False.

Always good to read

Is this satire?

>neo4chan actually has convinced themselves to be christfags because some redditors are atheists

Kek, all these butthurt redditors ITT

You really could have waited a little longer

lol so fucking mad rn

back to /reddit/ you go

You really do need to get into the mindset of a Redditor normie to understand why this show is so popular.

These people have never heard of adult animation in their lifes that wasn't stuff like Family Guy, it was completely alien to them. And they can't laugh at these shows because they consider these shows stupid. They want a show that isn't necessarily smart or funny or well-written, but that appears to be to appeal to their surface-level taste. Because these people live for that mindless self-validation. They don't actually understand what makes for good writing or good comedy, nor have they ever picked a book about physics. They want to pretend they do so and circlejerk themselves, that's what matters.

Rick and Morty is just perfect for its demographic: these same college-age self-important Bernouts who "fucking love science". The entire foundation of the show is built upon the dichotomy between "silly sci-fi humor and references" and " things are super deep and tragic bro". This pseudo-intellectual "nothing even matters, I'm insecure about existence, we are all going to die" bullshit that R&M shits out in almost every episode is what appeals to it's audience. The show doesn't actually have the tact to even begin to offer an interesting presentation and discussion of any philosophy, so it spouts these edgy teenage catchphrases.

Nevermind the bean-headed, noodle-limbed unexpressive character design, or how the story is non-existent and only comes up when the writers beg you to feel something for these characters so devoid of substance, or how the entire show is a trendy forgettable scenario of the week memefest with just enough sci-fi references to trick normies into thinking they are smart for understanding them, or how the characters have somehow been reduced to even more obnoxious caricatures than before, none of these things matter.

What matters is that it appeals to the millenial redditor audience, and that's what's selling Rick and Morty.

2003 Sup Forums was atheist

>implying moot was a devout Christian who banned people for atheists posts.

lol'd

Atheism is the fastest SHRINKING religion on the planet currently. Looks like it was just a fad.

It's not a religion though, is it now reddit.

This is and has been true since 2007
It's like the hipster shit, it just never dies

We're in perma post modern culture

infidel

Prove it ?

It can be almost as dogmatic though.

Its staggering just how self righteous atheists tend to be against those of faith. They literally attack it as a weakness.

SEASON 3 WHEN

It has nothing to do with atheists specifically, just the usual tribe mentality. All religions, all belief systems, ideologies, pretty much just everything in general can flip that switch in idiots.

"No one cared who I was until I put on the mask."
>the redditor begins to chuckle
"If I pull that off, will you die?"
>the redditor laughs out loud, spewing Cheetoh crumbs all over his desk
"It would be extremely painful..."
>the redditor can hardly contain his full bellied laughter as chortles begin to fill the room
>"You're a big guy."
The redditor starts convulsing on the floor, gasping for air between spasms of laughter
"For you."
>the redditor's heart explodes and he dies

I think thats what really gets my goad though, the kind of arrogance I see on facebook 99% of the time where people act like they are "in the know" and proceed to call other people out on "how dumb they are". Never listening to anything but their own opinions and their groups who affirm them.

That's not the reason. It's because they're "muh conservative christian white men" who came from Breitbart during the election and never left.
