-Not many humans aim like in your animu. Center of mass is pretty much the only way to train for consistency. Also in high stress situations you're more likely to shoot high,
-Again. Outside of the skill of almost everyone in a high stress situation.
-You fire until the threat is stopped. Sometimes that is only one round.
-Taser weapons are incredibly insonsistent. If both leads don't penetrate, you just have a pissed off offender.
