Like every other song in Tarzan has a deeper meaning or pathos overlaid a regular scene, many of which are moving on their own. Trashing the camp is just a mindless tune overlaid a "lol so zany!" comedic relief scene. It sticks out like a sore thumb.
It's not the worst Disney song but it's the worst song in Tarzan.
