We're going to do something about all the wasted land in the suburbs. This model is pretty much near perfect, as you can maximize the amount of space being used for living quarters, thereby maximizing supply and keeping housing costs as low as possible. Keep in mind that the population is going to be growing.

My grandmother is 97, what if she has an emergency in the middle of the night where I need to drive out to the Bronx and help her?
