it's accurate to a degree but can change radically depending specific form of test, your mood, general state of mind and your current environment. it doesnt tell you what you are, it tells you that you most likely exist in this general archetypal area of a human if you are a fairly normal person
it does have a lot it could be improved on if competent psychologists existed but it isn't anywhere near as bullshit as astrology

I think there are, perhaps watered down, version available online, but it requires more extensive input from the person taking the test than Myers Briggs which is probably why it's not in circulation on social media sites and Taiwanese glove puppetry boards. Myers Briggs is accessible- like Astrology.
Search for Big 5 personality test or Five Factor personality test and you can probably find one.
