>late 00s
Surely you mean early 00s?

People seem to dislike Cera - maybe that put them off seeing it.

It's not part of a franchise.

It represents the thing that would eventually turn into reddit. And people fucking hate reddit, besides reddit itself.
There was nothing about this movie, not the source material which I already hated, not the actors, not the inane score, that made me want to watch it. So I didn't.

Because it's dumb and gay

reddit actor
reddit director
reddit aesthetic

outside the internet nobody gives a shit

Great flick, maybe they had unrealistic expectations or expended too much on special effects

This. Entirely. Also, it featured a disgusting "numale" who completely and utterly lacked masculinity, whatsoever. The kind of "numale" studios have been attempting to push on the public for years, to teach teenagers how not to be men.

It's puerile filth.

so ghost in the shell girl is based on purple hair skank?

Michael Cera is a creepy looking fucking weirdo, totally wrong for the part.

>And people fucking hate reddit, besides reddit itself.
Normies love reddit though, so why wouldn't they have gone to see it with that logic?

>caring about all women is wrong
I don't understand. Do you know how HARD it is to be female today? They need help, and I'm glad the internet invented a way to donate.

too complex, I couldn't tell what was going on

Normies don't care about reddit. Reddit is a special breed of people. Sadly they have invaded 4chins as well.

You're missing the point about what it means to truly be a man, user. Perhaps some day you'll learn.

I doubt it, however.

It's well stylized but other than that I dislike the story. It's fully style over substance but it does remind me of that twee Juno-era of indie movie that I kinda miss. All that being said, the music is awful and I can't stand the nerdiness of it personally

literally waifu harem: the movie

How did you get so many pictures of 4channarians?

It's actually a pretty good movie but has aged like crazy.

>a bunch of video game music and references for no fucking reason
The movie had nothing to do with video games. At all. I've never read the comic but fuck, this was just stupid.

>who completely and utterly lacked masculinity, whatsoever.

This doesnt seem to be a problem with redmayne, whose movies do really well. Come up with a better excuse, user.

Who would be perfect to play Lisa Miller if Edgar Wright included her?
