OH NO NO NO
Kane making case to succeed Messi and Ronaldo
England is just on the path to take it's rightful place as the GOAT footy nation again
Does anyone take the British media seriously anymore?
Kane is already better than Ronaldo.
if r9 came out of retirement without getting in shape he'd better than TSUUUUU
>The Guardian
Reminder they didn't even put Firmino in the top 100 footballers of 2017.
They literally only care about Man Utd and London teams.
The Guardian is the living embodiment of smug, detached, neo-liberal cunts. Hence why they are a bunch of delusional cunts with no interest in the world outside London and Manchester
He's succeeding Ronaldo. Ronaldo is shite this season
t. Not even English
fuck off paki
>r9
School tomorrow.
good post
Where do you get your footy news from?
>in b4 Sup Forums
t. Gustavo Alfonso 'El Libra' Guttierez
But Firmino is not a top 100 player. How hard is that to understand?
Why do Sup Forums and the Cuck leavers hate the Guardian?
I tend to just follow reliable journalists rather than specific publications
It's both sad and funny just how out of touch they are. The disgusting backpatting over constant irrelevant identity politics and other such nonsense whilst people are really suffering outside their posh London bubble is frustrating as fuck. Maybe eventually they will realise their "think pieces" are garbage, but I doubt it. They'll continue to just call everybody else bigots and say how lucky they are that they live where they do
>crying redshite
Did you miss this post you spastic? Out of interest, didn't you see the irony of your "placard" when you were posing for this photo?
big words, the hilariously biased comment section is a bonus
>Maybe eventually they will realise their "think pieces" are garbage, but I doubt it.
I usually take a gander at their ridiculous thinkpieces when I'm checking out their football coverage, and honestly most of the time, the majority of the comments section are typical guardian readers actually calling out these "journalists" for going way overboard with their SJW rhetoric.
Sup Forums will always deny that kane is GOAT just because he's english
if he's black french or brazilion spee will constantly make threads of him
you know it's true
Guardian suffered as hostile takeover, rusbridger is out and the paper has turned to MMtrash.
Because it’s pseudo-intellectual, navel-gazing garbage. It’s readership is so low they have to be propped up by individual donations.
Nothing to do with Sup Forums. Everyone knows the guardian are a joke. Plenty of centre left folk laugh at their content. It's a paper for first year college students out of touch with reality.
"There’s no escaping the budget – not even when you’re halfway up an Italian hill with a bunch of highly literate yogis"
...
The "opinion" section of the Guardian is comedy gold.
I'm sure there are 2 or 3 columnist that post satire on purpose to see how far they can get and still be published. Most comments are the readers calling on their bullshit nowadays
>waaa Larry David is a cis white rich male picking on minorities
>white
He's Jewish lad
There's an article in their sports section from this summer's preseason and the comments are full of people saying pep can't get the best out sterling and how united are going to walk the league, graun posters couldn't be more wrong if they tried.
Because they support white genocide.
>o-one season wonder!!!
>t-two season wonder!!!
>t-three season wonder!!!
>f-four season wonder!!!
>"w-won't win anything at Spurs. N-Not a big player!"
>conveniently ignore the fact that because he performs week in week out for a club not considered one of Europe's elite, it's even more impressive
>"s-statpadder! d-doesn't score in big games!"
>conveniently ignore goals in North London Derbies and against Real Madrid
Kane is quite literally /elite/
The article itself doesn't state that Kane will ever be as good as Messi or Ronaldo, just that when their generation is retiring Kane is well set to become one of the best players of his own generation. The article's headline is written by the editor and the Guardian are pretty bad for misrepresenting the actual content of an article in that way.
As far as the Guardian itself goes I think its football journalism is the best around and it reports the news in general with more integrity that the vast majority of papers or sources. The columnists though are another matter. There is some good, thought-provoking stuff in amongst a lot of what really is shite and you have to develop a filter for it. Often it is called out in the comments and the misleading grablines really don't help here either.
I don't like that it seems to rely on these dodgy but relatively inoffensive columns to generate revenue but at least the Guardian doesn't routinely mis-portray the actual news to further the agenda of its owners. You could argue it is pushing other agendas but nothing as malicious as others.
Arsenal and Madrid (this year) are shit though
>STILL in denial
Goal :)
>The article itself doesn't state that Kane will ever be as good as Messi or Ronaldo, just that when their generation is retiring Kane is well set to become one of the best players of his own generation
this
get this reasonable opinion off Sup Forums, where do you think you are?
