Hot compress can help but I tend to get right to it.
Clean with alcohol whoch will disinfect and dry the tissue, make a shallow cut around at least half or the perimiter with a razor or scalpel.
Gently coerce the postule(cysty sac) through the cut, it should remain intact and still be firmly attached at the base. Once you can see where it is attached make a careful cut through the flesh behind it(as opposed to through the sac) Then just clean and disinfect until fully healed.
If you dont get the cystic wall then it will recur, if it does just go to the doc and they will do it quick and easy
