Conspiracy: Males in school are hindered by the system in order to elevate the females. Whites are also hindered (regardless of sex) in order to elevate the negro and hispanic.
This is not done out of some sort of jewish trick, but due to FUNDING. Funding of schools is based on performance, and the only way to make the numbers look good is to focus mainly on failing negroes and hispanics and elevate their test scores in any way possible.
Asians for the most part are ignored because it is already known no matter how badly they are treated in school they do well anyway, so that doesn't affect school funding.

The shuttle was a byproduct of the failed "dyna-soar" project, a winged reusable which originally was lofted by a Titan I. It was deemed too small to be useful so the USAF proposed a bigger one....the shuttle we know now.

I agree there are systematic changes to our society, some of which are adversely affecting men in ways that many people refuse to acknowledge, but since it's less a matter of deliberate will on the part of elites, it's not really a conspiracy. it's just a feature (or a bug, rather) of the system.

the disproportionate attention given to failing students also implies a serious opportunity cost to support high performing students who could go on to develop significant improvements in many industries, but people are naturally more pain averse so stupid kids get more attention than they really deserve. it's also easier to cause smart children to "fall through the cracks."

I don't know about Kaczynski being in GATE, but programs like GATE could easily be used to gather intelligence on children to find out who can be easily influenced by other programs like MK Ultra, and I do suspect that there is a connection between the two. school shooters are a prime example of MK Ultra victims.

He was in a program but it does not seem to have been the GATE program.
Maybe it was a precursor for the GATE program, who knows how many programs are actually out there that we do not know of and probably cannot even know of.

Things like this have fascinated me since I was a kid.
Reading up about things like this, making things up myself and the like, and I always figured that if I could come up with something, then the possibility of that thing already existing is high. And so also the GATE program. It is just highly unlikely that it would not exist.
