The main plan is to rape Ukraine and give Russia its meme countries to gain Russian military support for the invasion of Turkey and reunification of Greece and its rightful clay. The other part of the plan is getting military support from Balkan countries by helping them become greater countries (Hungary, Yugoslavia, Romania).
