Ward the small bush, closed to your lane, thats in river. Around 1:20 to see if the enemy jungler is invading. Ping if so or rotate to help your jungler if you can. Tell them or ping them back if they try to invade enemy jungle if the two closest lanes don't have priority. In other words if your jungler tries to invade their not side jungle while your mid and bot are pushed under turret, there is a greater chance your jungler will die and anti snow ball them. Not OP but Gold 1 peak for now. What position do you play?
