Do it for Lukas.

>FA:Darrell Bevell to interview for Vikes' OC job

pls no

Can't be any worse than Shurmur.

If Nick Foles wins this superbowl he's gonna have a really fucking weird legacy.

Reminder that the Eagles have just as much a chance of winning as the Patriots, and to think that they have more, or less of a chance is delusional.

>This is the 32nd time that a team will enter the Super Bowl in possession of the NFL Title Belt. Those teams that enter the game with the Belt have a record of 14-17.

Shut up clown

>legacy
Does Trent Dilfer have a legacy?

He'd be traded or be a back up next year, before retiring, but there'd be a statue built of him.

the legacy of being the worst QB to "win" a Super Bowl

You really shouldn't be able to post here having not watched the conference titles.

Giving Philly their first owl will make him an icon their sports history whether you like it or not.

What do you guys listen to while shitposting?

For me it’s Doug Williams

Foles will not be Traded as Wentz is still recovering.

This is Wentz's next back up.

what? I'm talking SB winners, not conference losers like Bortles.

>Amazon's Alexa has predicted the Eagles to win the Super Bowl
Well, Patriots fans? The first meme prediction goes the way of Philly

>Josh Allen:
>I want to be the guy that turns around the Cleveland Browns
>I definitely think there are some good things going on with the Browns organization
>Stats are for losers
Is he the next #1?

Foles dominated in the conference title. The fucks he got to do with Bortles?

1 - Cam
2 - Matty Ice
3 - Carson Palmer
4 - Carr / Favre
5 - Kerry Collins / Flacco
6 - Cutler
7 - Esiason
8 - Steve Young
9 - Palmer again
10 - Jimmy G
11 - Bledsoe
12 - Gannon / Kelly / Aaron / McCoy
13 - Marino / Schroeder
14 - McGloin
15 - Morrall
16 - Montana
17 - Rovers
18 - >Peyton
19 - Unitas
21 - Hadl
60 - Graham
these are the QBs I think of when I see these numbers

Is it going off Wentz stats?

Tanner Lee will be the steal of the draft

No, some intern just made it say that it likes the eagles because of their underdog status

Nope. The relentless offense combined with the momentum of their underdog mantra was it's reasoning

And the official Madden sim predicted the exact final score of SB49. Sometimes the bots are right, sometimes they're wrong

I thought we were talking about the worst starting QBs to win SBs. Your post implied (to me anyway) that Dilfer wasn't the worst.

Tanner "Sean" Lee

Someone was equating Foles winning the super bowl to Dilfer winning it.

Statistically? I'd put 1972's Bob Griese in the discussion

Oops

I didn't mean to imply that Foles was bad. He is what he is, and that's tons better than Dilfer. If the Eagles win and he has a decent performance, I'd put him in the middle of the pack of SB-winning QBs.

Honestly hope Bell fucks off. >We need the money for our defense and weeding out one of the more cancerous players in our locker room MIGHT get it heading in the right direction again.

>Tomlin will never be fired

Thanks Rooney

Go Eagles

Eagles by 3 bros

Jake Elliot wins it. It's the only way it can end. The Eagles lead, Brady comes back and it starts looking like LI, but the eagles win with a FG and put an end to Brady's reign of tyranny.

>muh stairway to seven

if Bell does fuck off the Steelers are deader in the water than the Browns are right now

>over rating rbs this hard

Ben is the only reason the Steelers are relevant

...

iggles fan here, so yeah I think of eagles a lot

1-Moon, Newton
2-Ryan
3-Russel
4-Favre
5-McNabb, Flacco
6-Jay Cutler
7-Vick, Jaworski, Sleeves
8- Aikman
9-Peete, Nick
10- the autistic brother
11- Wentz
12- Randall, Brady
13- Warner
14- Literally no one comes to mind
15-Tebow
16- Montana
17- Rivers
18- Peyton
19- Unitas

>Carr
>Even allowed in the same building as Favre
Underage b& get the fuck out you goddamn child

He'd be loved in Philly for eternity. For getting cast out after an injury by Chip, then coming back 4 years later as back up because he loves this city? Then taking over for an injured franchise QB, and winning their first super bowl. Honestly is already a legend for getting this far.

Can’t wait to muh ring shitpost when the iggies win one for PA in 2 weeks

Nigger, I'm a raiders fan, born in 89

Browns fan here, what's a QB?

They aren't a top 20 talent.

lel
try Boswell

>NYG:Giants nab James Bettcher to run the defense
We're gonna have a top 10 defense

this

>tfw he gets 1 of 6 in two weeks

Calm down there tiki jr

His first of 6 coaching rings, the next 5 after his retirement from playing

I'm so torn because I want my Iggles to win so bad but I really wish he were starting.

Foles getting his redemption is worth it.

Worst owl winning QBs:
Trent Dilfer (35)
Doug Williams (22)
Mark Rypien (26)
Brad Johnson (37)
Jeff Hostetler (25)
Terry Steelcurtainbabby (9,10,13,14)
Jim Plunkett (15,18)

Tom is terrific

>Plunkett
>bad QB

at least he was generally good at basically everything else involving football and made big ass plays.

...

Didn't say he was a bad QB.

How so

lol do you actually think it's a 50/50 coin flip? how fucking simple are you

You're right, it's 60/40 Eagles.

Do you guys think I could watch the Super Bowl in the Apple Store? I don't have the money to go to a bar.

just watch a stream like a typical Sup Forums degenerate

I think of Neil O'Donnell when I see 14

Trent dilfer and foles are both just shitty back ups it’s a valid comparison

>but foles has one game against the Vikings!

Who gives a flip, he could just as easily go back to being a ineffective pocket statue vs the pats

He’s a back up for a reason and you have to be seriously delusional to think he’s starter quality

I'm in Philly and I want to be there when they riot. It seems like a unique experience.

Watch it on your computer.

He doesn't come close to Dilfer, Dilfer belongs in a category of shittiness all his own. He almost blew their playoff run in the fucking divisional round but Ray Lewis saved them.

The Eagles did Vikings fan a favor by killing them. If the Eagles could expose that Number 1 D like that, the Pats could too. They were saved the humiliation of losing the first ever home field SB to the Pats.

And the Giants game, and the end of the Rams game, and the one game he started with the Chiefs, and the whole of the 2013 season.

Foles has shown that he can play well at times. Dilfer sucked his entire career. It's a miracle he won a championship (he almost fucked it up), and he couldn't have done it without an all time-great defense.

I’ll remember this when foles implodes vs the pats

Just go to a dive bar. There are plenty in the city.

Rings don't count for QBs unless they actually play in the super bowl.

>wah his super bowl ring could fit around my member

1 - Newton
2 - Ryan
3 - Wilson
4 - Favre
5 - McNabb
6 - Brister
7 - Elway, Vick, and Rapist
8 - Young and Aikman
9 - Brees, Romo, and McNair
10 - Eli, Tarkenton
11 - Simms, Bledsoe, and White
12 - Brady, Bradshaw, and Staubach
13 - Marino and Warner
14 - Fouts and Anderson
15 - Starr
16 - Montana and Plunkett
17 - Rivers
18 - Peyton
19 - Unitas and Montana
usually what i remember when i hear those numbers

>when mom asks you where your season went

Was Greg Cook the Andrew Luck of the late 60s/early 70s?

Ye

1 - Moon
2 - Matt Ryan
3 - Wilson
4 - Favre
5 - Flacco/McNabb
6 - Cutler
7 - Elway
8 - Aikman
9 - Brees
10 - Derpli Manning
11 - Drew Bledsoe
12 - Tom Brady
13 - Marino/Warner
14 - Fouts
15 - Starr
16 - Montana
17 - Rivers
18 - Peyton
19 - Unitas

And the first QB you think of it at no4 isn’t Favre then you’re still casual.

It pisses me off too because Carr isn’t even a gun slinger despite his big arm

>Favre

Literally who
Sorry bout your washed up retired "superstar qb" but you can look forward to 4 being forever and permanently tied to the young new GOAT
Nice try though sweetie ;)

1 - Moon
2 - Ryan
3 - Wilson
4 - Favre
5 - Flacco
6 - Cutler
7 - Roethlisberger/Vick
8 - Young
9 - Brees
10 - Manning
11 - Simms
12 - Brady
13 - Marino
14 - Dalton
15 - unironically Tebow
16 - Montana
17 - Rivers
18 - Manning
19 - Unitas

Memes aside, what the fuck happened to the Vikings? How did their defense just fall apart so fast after the first half in the saints game? They looked elite all year and then suddenly, utter dogshit in the last game and a half. Is this just Vikings being overrated, or epic Vikings collapse?

The Vikings are dome-babbies. They gave up almost 7 more ppg on the road than at home. They haven't played behind all year. And the best defense that Keenum had to face all year was the Panthers (which they lost) and they were barely top 10. Very overrated. Doesnt help that Foles balled the fuck out.

>3x MVP
>literally who
Don’t you have middle school to back to in the morning

They had a bad game, it happens

Tip your cap to the eagles and move on

The BEWD balled out hard in the NFC championship, but looked pretty mediocre in all of his other games this year. He did enough, but I feel like his last game is just a fluke that’s getting everyone’s hopes up and in the owl we’re going to see him revert back to raiders/Atlanta game form. And if he plays like that, they’re gonna get crushed by the patriots, I can feel it

1 vikings in the playoffs
2. choking hazards
3. outcoached in every step of the game/ no adjustments made sense
4. defense just got lost. entire schemes broke down.
5. wishing for the best (yeah sure 48 year old Terance Newman can cover Ertz)
6. everyone gave up
7. eagles balled out
8. stuck to a gameplan that the eagles already figured out and adjusted for aka out coached
9. shurmur was looking up real estate listings in NYC on his tablet all week
10. people believed which is an affront to god

Stop falling for obvious bait.

While I would generally agree if you mean by career in terms of individual seasons 2002 was by far Brad Johnson's best of his career. He was good the year they won

Why is he so good at broadcasting bros?

anybody see joe thomas on espn all day today? dude is super fucking likeable. we need another lineman in announcing. hope he is at least a sideline announcer or something. romo was a revelation this year.
love to see joe thomas commentating. dude deserves a good life for what he's endured.

This
user ur 2 ez 4 me-z

OHHHHHHHHHH THATS A CLOSE CALL EEEEEE

If we land Brees, Cousins, or
Rivers
can we make it to the owl? Only defensive player that isn't under contract is Tom Johnson.

romo was the best thing to happen to football this year
that nigger gets so enthusiastic and starts calling plays out and his insight is really cool to have
its like having your normie brother in law who actually knows his shit about football talk through a game
pretty comfy

Brees isn't going anywhere.

brees wont leave NO
rivers wont either
cousins maybe but I dont know about what he would expect in a contract. hopefully someone swoops on him. FA this year is gonna be really fucking crazy.
