Adulthood is realizing Cypher was right

Adulthood is realizing Cypher was right

I just watched the Maxtrix and found it pretty shitty. Seriously, why is this so highly regarded?

Adulthood is not watching garbage like The Matrix

How did he jack himself in to talk to Smith?

If it takes human to get into Matrix, who let Cypher in?

he was right but he was also stupid
there was no way of making a deal with the agents, they were machines they would just kill him after or whatever would be easiest, I doubt they'd just stick him back in a pod or whatever
also he was shows that his personality would need to find the information, he wouldn't be content in ignorant bliss, there is/was only one way

It's a neat package of a lot of things woven into an action film.

Kinda dated now.

for its time, it had a ton of good shots, cgi and use of special effects, not to mention it was released when black trenchcoats, hacking and being edgy was popular

Adulthood is realizing Agent Smith represents Neo's ego

man you just ruined my life with that comment.

i'd take the blue pill just so i wouldnt have to hang out with PUAs

>Adulthood is realizing Cypher was right
lou cypher

lucifer

WOW

Adulthood is refusing to watch films made by sexual deviants

>How did he jack himself in to talk to Smith?
lol thats easy, he ...
wait...

you are right wtf lol never occured to me hahahahaha

Honestly yeah. What really is the difference between The Matrix and "real life". They never make any kind of sensory distinction. They're essentially the same experience, except one has agents and the other has squidbots. One is at the peak of human civilization, one is at its most dire. There's no advantage to living in the real world besides "muh freedom". Zion is a lot more restrictive for the average person than The Matrix is.

in the scene where Neo drinks his self-made alcohol, he was writing an automated program to enter himself into the matrix

when neo comes up to him he quickly closes the screen so that he can't see it

Yeah, and Zion just massacres innocent civilians in the Matrix. They're just as bad.

Wtf I hate Matrix now

uhhh obviously he did it when everyone else was sleeping? duh

Cypher never could have been happy. Even if the Machines were going to put him back (spoiler: they were going to blow him up too), he would've inevitably recognized that he was living in a computer and rejected it again

he had mouse put him in, and then had the secret meeting while mouse was jerking off to the woman in the red dress

He was setting that up when Neo "scared the bejeezus" out of him.

Plus given that Mouse wrote sex programs, I am sure him going, "hey man can you come unplug me at 10" would have been fine

why would he jerk off to her when he could insert himself into a program and do some serious humping?

cause he needed cypher to take him back out when he was done

>implying he'd ever come out

>he didnt grow up to be Neo and break out of the system
>he's still stuck working 9-5
>as long as he has his steak and internet porn he's happy

haha sucks to be you OP

Refer to

>betray your friends so you can live comfortably in computerized slavery by evil robots

adulthood is realizing OP is a fag

Adulthood is realizing Cypher did it all over some dead huuua!

as opposed to living in poverty surrounded by niggers while waiting to be killed by robots

I bet you voted for Trump.

trumptards would be the most anti-matrix, they hate big organizations like NATO, UN, EU, etc. purely on principle

>trumptards
forgot i was on Sup Forumseddit for a moment

t. machine

For its time it was technically very cool. Today retards will tell you it's "deep". Don't listen to them.

Speaking of 95 pounds, I hear Morpheus is getting a 95 pound mole taken off her ass.

it's just a good action movie. it doesn't have to be "deep" or "mind blowing" anymore, it just works as a movie really well

Pretty much. We have no proof right now that we're not living in a simulation, but even if we were, what difference would it make? We're still living in the same world that we've known all our lives, still striving towards the same goal. It being "real" or not is insignificant; in fact, what is "real" to begin with?

...

FUCK

how did i never notice that Cypher = Ralphie

yeah but who let him out dont you have to have another person to let you out by answering the phone?

Adulthood is valuing peace more than excitement.

Cypher's plan was plain idiotic tho.
He had zero guarantee that the machines would keep their promise after they killed Neo.

The most probably thing is they would have just killed together with all the others.

Cypher's wager brah

>either live out your life in bliss in the matrix or die

Seems like acceptable outcomes either way

This is the only thing that makes sense

And how can one go back to the Matrix knowing it's all not real? He would probably end up going around raping and killing people cos hey why not?

He told Agent Smith he wanted to remember nothing.
Him having his memory wiped was part of the deal.
Did you even watch it? I haven't seen it in 5 years and i remember that.
