If McMahon has real balls, he will hold the XFL draft a few weeks before the NFL draft. If a few really good players went to the XFL, the NFL could scream about it, but if they tried to stop him they could face the anti-trust showdown they deserve.
I doubt any elite prospects would go to the XFL until its future is more certain, but it could definitely poach late second-round talent and onward
