Some of the top end silicone models have actual finger joints and not wire bones, but you'll be paying for it. You can probably get better quality than what you got from any reputable manufacturer, though.

its up to preference. pubic hair comes on dolls in one of two ways, imbedded in the material(really dont work well on TPE, decent on silicone) or just a stick/glue on mat.
you can get it with the hair, trim it down to where you want, and replace it later with a merkin if you feel like with the stick-on type.
