Honestly most of the FF games got a lot more attention than I felt like they were worth
They had some good ideas but almost always felt constrained by a limited battle system and an unsatisfying grind loop
I'm surprised anybody knows about ToF anymore, it feels like that game is impossible to find

Fucking loved it back in the day. One of those games that can shape a gamer as hes growing up. Attempted to replay it last year... still awesome as shit, but the random encounters are horrendous. This would need to be one of the biggest changes imo. I dont like having some shit fight every 8 steps.
