Was he a good boss and leader?

Was he a good boss and leader?

Also /gabagool/ general

decent boss

mediocre leader

i want the penne and meatballs with the sauce on the side
if the sauce does not come on the side, i send it back

I think it's a spectrum

Boss - - - - - - - - - Leader

He was on the far right imo

Left*

his crew is shit

he is mediocre and good be good only if the crew is good

Cappacola

He was an okay leader. He killed his top earner over a stupid horse.

>tony
>good

How is Tony a good leader or boss? Started a fight with a buff dude just because he felt he had no respect. Also go btfo by Bobby.

gee mister are you okay?

I wasn't surprised about Bobby wrecking him.
Bobby was a gentle giant. Imagine him getting seriously angry at you. Scary thought.

whateva happenda gary coopa, that's what i wanna know

...he died, Tone.

he beat up Muscles Maranara to show the crew that he was still top dog after his stay in the hospital, the "disrespect" was just a front

Nah. Jackie seemed like he had his shit together even when he was dying. Tony is an emotional mess, he's just big and has alot of charisma. A natural leader but a shit capo.

Tony is a shit boss but the fight with muscles isnt the best example.

The whole Tony B situation, is what I think shows how poor Tony was as both a boss and a leader

He got his entire crew including himself killed. No.

He was a shit boss and everyone in his glorified crew knew it.
Look at all the conversations the guys had over Ralph disappearing, the Tony B situation and Vito not getting handled.

>it's another "Meadow doing insane illegal bullshit and not getting punished for it" episode

>it's another tony sex scene
>girl is hot as fuck
>tony's gigantic hamhands all over her face
>looks like he's trying to kill her
>starts panting like a fucking wildebeest
>shoves his gut into her a few times
>AWW YEAH GABBAGOOL
>rolls over
>girl comes back for more
>I still can't get laid

fucking fat piece of shit.

He could be unpredictable. We've all had bosses like that and it sucks. Trying to anticipate unreasonable behavior.

That being said, if shit was getting bad and violence was on the horizon, Tony was a strong figure with a will and confidence that is contagious. Those are wonderful traits in a leader. You can easily follow a strong willed capable father figure into battle.

>the only time the Jersey guys went into battle, 60% of their leadership was killed/put in a coma, one guy ratted the boss out afterwards and the boss might or might not have been assassinated.

Carlo ratted because his son got picked up for selling x

...

When I came in to open up one morning,
there you were with your head half in the toilet.
Your hair was in the toilet water.
Disgusting.

>all the fanooks in this thread

marone, fucking rats

i thought this whole show was about him not wanting to be a boss or leader at all

so?
even more evidence of Tonys inability to lead properly.

>marone
its MADONN(E), ya stronzo

how does that have anything to do with Tony you
