What's your plan for the final season and finale?

Just continue like normal, make a normal episode, end the show and season, and not renew the contract. End the show without a bang, since it no longer deserves one.

It was all a dream and finish it off recreating the first christmas episode when they get santa's little helper using modern animation

What i can remember the last episode i seem was either when Bart was talking about some fairy tale about the school food and they showed some intricate animation aout the story or when Bart was like a ninja putting menus on doorknobs. How long ago were those episodes?

>change their skin color to brown
>keep making shitty pop culture of the week episodes
>never bring up why they are brown and just end the show with some shitty guest star like Ty Burell

Nothing. It just stops. That's all it deserves.

Homer discovers a thread about himself on Sup Forums but everyone tells him to fuck off to Sup Forums.

Maggie talks, Burns dies etc. Really salt the earth for any spin off/reboot attempts.

Moe murder suicides the Simpson family after decades of being in love with Marge and resenting homer

Also, what does this mean?

>homer falls asleep at work as usual but there is a major meltdown and the plant explodes killing everyone in springfield
>that dude from the movie gets his grand canyon 2

Break the fourth wall and The Simpsons get replaced with the cast of Jersey Shore

>family watching Itchy and Scratchy
>announce that the show is coming to an end and the entire family gasps in horror
>then announce that the last episode will be aired in a years time, and until then, a contest will be running; this contest will offer the winner the chance to write what will happen in the finale
>entire Simpson family applies
>Krusty in charge of choosing the winner
>falls in love with one of the Simpson's idea and puts it in winners box
>makes a mistake though and he puts all five of their ideas in the box by accident
>on his show announcing the winner, he pulls out five cards out of the box
>confused, he reads all five simpsons names out
>Flash forward a year later
>Bart is in class describing his take on the Itchy and Scratchy finale to Milhouse, while showing us Itchy and Scratchy with Bart's voice-over
>He finishes and the class is silent, his teacher is staring at him and gives him a detention
>cut to the power plant and Homer is describing his finale to Lenny and Carl

>He finishes, a bell rings and he gets in a radiation suit
>cut to supermarket and Marge is describing her take to Helen Lovejoy
>she finishes and strolls Maggie in the trolley to another aisle
>Maggie sees the unibrow baby and starts describing her take via waving and motioning
>cut to Lisa, she begins describing her take to Sherri and Terri. She finishes and picks up her saxophone to go to music practice
>She walks in the music room sits down, sees the time and realises the show is going to be on in ten minutes. She plays the Itchy and Scratchy melody on her sax and bolts out
>cuts to Bart, he's writing on the black board: "I will not talk in class ever again" he hears a bell and runs out
>Cut to Homer holding some plutonium at a conveyor belt when a bell rings at the plant and he too realises the time and runs off, dropping some plutonium
>Cut to the supermarket and we see Marge and Maggie checking out and running through the exit doors
>Cut to birds eye view of their home, we see everyone rushing to take a seat in the couch
>They look at each other, they smile, the Itchy and Scratchy music plays, and it cuts to credits

they go out for frosty chocolate milkshakes

Chuck's Feed & Seed

>ending episode isn't Chuck coming back and hunting Sneed in order to reclaim his shop

The best finale

>It ain't me starts playing

Not bad at all. Not sure why marge would care about the show though unless her idea is some gay anti violence love show

That's actually a really good idea.

Cool pasta fag

Just end it unceremoniously with a normal episode.

> mfw it's either going to be a clip show or just a random collection of celebrity guests

Give room for the superior cartoon

So basically the intro to the show in episode form.

> Movie was in production for 14 years
> Every single idea turned into a regular episode of the show
> Movie itself was a rejected episode idea
> Movie was an hour-long episode of the show

If this shit happened, how can we expect a series finale to be of any worth whatsoever?

apparently the original plot to the film was the family saving manatees.

Imagine two hours of that horse shit.

would be decent, but we all know it will be a clip show with the future set of characters and the final joke will be about trump

It was all a Matt Groening fever dream

It will be an outdated parody of the sopranos finale

Episode actually takes place in 2017, thirty years after the pilot. Episode pretends time moved normally through the seasons.

Bart and Lisa are in their 40's, each with kids. Homer and Marge are in their 60's. They have a modern Christmas special mirroring the pilot episode only this time Bart is a store santa trying to make money for his kids.

Few modern jokes are in there like
>malls not being a thing any longer.
>Quickie Mart is now a Whole Foods,
>Springfield has been a sanctuary city since 2005,
>Krusty's show was cancelled in 98 but he is back on the air now in a late night nostalgia driven show for adults called The Krust!, with very 90's themed Itchy and Scratchy cartoons playing on it
>Sideshow Bob has been a successful senator for their state since 2008
>Early 70's Rainer Wolfcastle is still playing McBaine in movies

>Krusty's show was cancelled in 98 but he is back on the air now in a late night nostalgia driven show for adults called The Krust!, with very 90's themed Itchy and Scratchy cartoons playing on it

That was already an episode.

THIS

That would be kinda cool but along with what says, most of that's been in one episode or another
>multiple "future" episodes with bart and lisa (and maggie) as adults with their own children
>episode where everyone went to an actual supermarket instead of the kwick-e-mart
>episode where bart and millhouse explore an abandoned mall (i think this was the plot to an episode, but it's hard to remember)

And I haven't even watch the last ~5 seasons

>deserves
Autism

The future episodes never really take place in the modern day. They are always in some weird scifi territory with flying cars, robots etc. They should try one taking place today, even the ordinary show is in some weird gray area where it sort of looks modern but sort of doesn't

Never ever makes it stop.

Makes it shittier and shittier every season.

Show slowly becomes a parody of a parody of itself.

Nostalgiatard still watching it.
